Whats the difference in the teeth whitening machine that has a blue and red light and the machines that have the blue red and violet light?

Each light is said to have different benefits. I choose the red and blue lights, blue is great for whitening and red is great for healing.

Does the light matter? Does it need to have a 60 min setting, or is 20 min good enough and the process is just repeated for an hour session?

I have been an RDA for 15 years and i had no idea that i could do it outside of the office on my own time. I have bleached countless patients lol not i am trying to learn the business side of it and how it all works. Consent forms? Where to get them, do you ask for health history? What kind suppliers here in california? Any help would be great.
