Realistically how much inventory would you get for a particular item to test out on its first run; Like let's say those candles.?

At least 10-20 units usually so you can get an idea of how fast it actually sells

For a product that you are selling in a 3pk like the spray example you showed. Are you packing up all 3 together and using 1 barcode when you send it to Amazon? Or you just put 3 bottles in a box with the same barcode for that 3pk listing?

You would sell them as a 3 pack and put them together with one barcode, I would bag them together, put one barcode on and then you can get stickers to apply that say selling as a set do not separate. Thats what I have done, Warner might have more to add, but that has worked for me.
