I you were an ivestor you´d have to account to 35 years of inflation, 35 years of lost return on stock market if you put that money there and so on. And from what I hear it is a real hassle to find a buyer for an older property. What is your experience?

My first trip to thailand in 2009 was to rayong province, staying between ban phe and mae phim. Loved the slow pace, the prices… SO CHEAP! But sine learned to love places like ao nang, phuket, etc. The pupathara? (Spelling) is really huge, but totaly empty when i came there to visit the final resulta… lota of for rent signs etc. Nice video! And as allways, keep it up

Pratumnak is for me the best area, alot of restaurant. The area growing fast. I like it beacuse of less trafic. Other place like pattaya and jomtien there is so many cars. Some times i go to Mae Rumphueng Beach, Rayong, water are very clean. Best month is january and february.

He has a development near Ban Phe in planning might make for some "where to live" content. The interesting thing he is planning to include an assisted living building which I thought was a good idea.....

The condos down there and everywhere are too expensive and most Thais couldn't afford to live there. We can't keep comparing them with money earned in the west when most Thais are lucky to ear 15k bt per month. 25k per month way too expensive you can get way cheaper staying at view talay 6 in Pattaya with beach views.

That does seem low. My wife bought a condo for a million baht (in a city, not near a beach), and is renting it out at 10,000 baht a month. That was a new build though... so it's not 30 years old
