Many gold retrievers tend to break the CPU by hammering or use hydrofluoric acid to dissolve the silicon die, but I always use a heating plate to remove it, avoiding the need to crush the CPU or use harsh chemicals. After 3 hours l added water 3lit and served the liquid with cotton filter then l added urea fertiliser 😢 then 3 spoons of sodium metabisulfite but the following day nothing has dropped to the bottom only urea fertiliser sediments. I have filter with cotton again keep the solution, what should I do? Help me or the gold is lost

Perhaps you're referring to the refining process. After filtering the gold solution and adding SMB, the solution should not turn dark. Did you mix the SMB with water before adding it to the gold solution? Could you share more details about the components and the size of the batch you were working with?

Nitric acid is 68% concentration and hydrochloric acid is 31% concentration to recover gold. And to make aqua regia three parts hydrochloric acid + one part nitric acid should be mixed.

Hey trinity gold guy, I need your help here. I have put 1 kg of gold finger pins and other in a backet and added 500ml water then 1lit hydrochloric acid and 300ml nitric acid. After 2 hours l have added 3lit water and served the blue liquid with cotton filter and the mistake l have done is l have put fertiliser urea😂 instead of the rab grade urea then it didn't fizz out, so l continued adding sodium metabisulfite 3 table spoons. Nothing has happened only the fertiliser urea has dropped some white sediments at the bottom. What should I do or the gold is contaminated l should through away the liquid 😢. Its my first time doing it through your videos l watch. Please help me. For now I have refiltered the solution with cotton and kept it. 😢
