Cool experiment! Having one pug myself I’ve completely given up, I’m just covered in fur constantly, so I can’t imagine dealing with twice the amount of pug hair. 😂 The struggle is real but so worth it for the loveable potatoes.

My last pug passed about 15 months ago and my house has been cleaned many, many times since...and I STILL find pug hair every so often! So I definitely feel your pain. I so get what it means to live with puggies..and, my pug, is no different..but, I don't mind cleaning and many times several times a week...when I have a hair float into my mouth when sleeping, that's a message, for the quilts to the washing machine. Isn't it amazing how the 'little angel' hairs find your mouth when you sleep? LOL Love my puggie as you love Pabs and Stan!! 💕

We have 1 pug no other dogs and the shedding is so bad we just bought 7 sets of bed sheeps from JC Penney when they go on sale. We put on a clean sheet every night before bed, and wash the blankets once/week. In the middle of the week, our blankets start accumulating pug hair so we throw them in the dryer and that does a good job of taking off the pug hair when in between washes

Oh Karl that couch 😩😩 That’s why we have leather furniture and hardwood/ tile lol. I mean I got it for messy kids but we’ve had it for 25 years and it’s still fine. But my pug is an anomaly. She sheds like a MOFO but when I go to brush her, none comes out! And we have like every kind of brush including the furminator. Also she hates being brushed so someone has to hold her in place . I wish she enjoyed being brushed.

I myself couldn’t cope with the hair 😅 In past years we got a pair of sisters Tibetan Spaniels, the hair that came off the girls was phenomenal 😳 if I could of bagged it and sold it I would have been rich 🤑 I’ve never vacuumed so much in my life 😂 it was huge amount of work especially while working and caring for family . I know a lady with a dog that sheds really really bad. She has a chom chom roller. You can buy them from Amazon. They would help you so much along with your lily brushes. I've seen her demonstrate her chom chom roller. It works like the old push style floor sweepers. She does her couches every day and it only takes a very few minutes. And the bonus is that the hair goes into a bin inside the roller easy to empty and dispose of. Would be great for your bed and couch. Just a little tip. Oh and also she says it works better if you push it back and forward quickly so it makes a sort of popping noise. Hugs and kisses for the boys from Tennessee USA.

Love your tricks at cleaning good deep cleaning! I guess I would get a little one of those pet vacuum tools too, then use it to get them nicely clean as well as hair spray, lol Have you heard of the Rainbow Water Vac? Hmm, Fiber Mill might like that and help pay for your hard work in this chore. Our New Finland, mix would have such a down in the summer. You can spin it and have a natural yarn! Fiber Crafters, woohoo!!

My 6 yo Pug (Watson) sheds about that much hair. Well, I think he does. Hard to tell since I’ve probably never gotten all of it. Eventually it forms these little tumbleweed kind of things and when you open an outside door the draft sends them rolling across the floor. Also, there’s the “hair fairies” that gather up little armloads of hair and carry it underneath furniture where they spread it around and leave it to pile up in an every increasing layer. Very sneaky.

No kidding about the hair! I'm ordering more Lily Brush products today! Also, Bounce Pet Hair dryer sheets are helpful. Also, my son is helpful. He does most of the pet hair cleaning, because he initiated having 2 Pugs, 2 Main Coon cats and 1 Siamese cat. But ESPECIALLY the Pugs! But we love them to pieces, and YES, it's worth it! Watching you go through all that every week would be enough to put someone off getting a pug, unfortunately I already have one, your fault, I spent too much time watching your earlier videos and kind of fell in love. Mine doesn't shed quite so much though, for some reason. I just live with the hair. My other dog is a Frenchie, he doesn't shed anywhere near as much.
