I was 9 in 2006 and I LOVED LPS as a kid so it was super nostalgic to see the g2 packaging with wobbly plastic lines. Basically all of my childhood littlest pet shop are in the first 200 pets. I didn't know any of them came with cardboard stuff like the 2006 one you showed, though! I wonder if that was a target exclusive thing or something. All the ones I remember getting/wanting were the 2-pet packs (and a couple of the playsets), it's amazing how they kept that pretty consistent over 20 years. One thing I miss looking at them is the gradients... Also I can't believe they do so few accessories now, the Snowfall Fun playset spoiled me as a child, the bunny had a custom hat that was perfect! Literally cannot imagine playing with lps without all their little collars, hats and the tiny cast the sheperd came with.

2:18 cobalt your mascot is a very classic LPS blue :0 Also in my opinion I find the old pets and new ones to be equal, the old ones have so much nostalgia and have really nice muted colours and outfits, and my favourite part with the new ones is that when I customize them I paint the boxes to match the custom and then ship it out to the buyer in cool matching box🙃

2006 is not almost 20 years old it is only 18 years old, I know because I am almost 18 years old and I was born in 2006. Maybe you miss read the date or rounded up a little too high.
