If I go with free flowing exhaust. Damn right I would. Simple: .30 milled ported p75 head ( wished I had a p8r), 3.5" intake w/vstack, ultra street manifold 70mm tb, 403 cams, aem gears +3i -2e ,4-2-1 toda header. Rev 7800. On dyno rev to 8100... If I had a 404 cams or just a p8r head I'd be in the 200+ on e85

Do you know what year this motor is and if it’s Jdm? The year should be stamped on the head and you can tell if it’s jdm by the engine stamp.

You can do that. What you need is a "log style manifold" they don't perform as well as other types but they will allow you to retain ac and ps

should be obd2, easy swap just take the b20 engine harness and ecu or equivalent obd2 ecu to match up. did this with a obd2 b16 into an ek hatch but a bit more custom work due to o2 wiring differences and vtec. im not sure about your vtec wire tho. i think you can just leave it as is but still compare your ecu pinouts to the chassis harness.
