A couple DoorDash tips I can give you is work during the busy times. Lunch & dinner shifts are where the big bucks are. Also don’t take any $5 orders and limit yourself from driving beyond 4.5 miles. You’ll increase your income, reduce mileage and time. Good luck!

I haven’t doordash Ed in a few months… my experience in Phoenix was that if it’s 6.50 or less, you will not get a higher pay, ever. Only take chances, ie., long drive, unknown apartment, poor zone… if it comes up 8.50 … and even then… but you gotta take some chances… otherwise you could spend all day waiting for the ones with all the good signs and not do well. The best thing is to get to know the areas and restaurants where people tip well … and this takes time… ie., in Phoenix, work the Scottsdale zone and know the ghetto areas to avoid. Nothing against ghetto areas, but it’s a numbers game. If you want to kill your car, and you want to service poor people, that’s very nice of you. But, one thing I notice about poor people is that they think their $3 tip means you should give 5 star service and since I give that service regardless, I’d rather increase my chances of getting $20 & $30 tips and be treated with more appreciation to boot. So if you are poor and you think wealthy people are horrible, mostly no… more poor people are more horrible in my experience… probably why they are poor. Avoid them while you are working… give to their charities on your off days.

In the Before Times I was starting to make some really decent money playing trumpet for tips. Decent enough that I was considering renting a small office to sleep in and quitting my job and just doing that. The virus has put a stop to that. During shutdown I realized some trumpet goals which is great but then decided to make things harder on myself and took up a harder instrument - maybe not harder for me but considered quite difficult - and will build that up for a couple of years then by then the virus should be less of a problem and I can take up that plan again.

Try Laurel Canyon and Ventura blvd intersection area with doordash. I am experiened in Studio City and Universal city. You will see amazing views for the vids and homes and the drives are short. Stay between CPK and Chipotle. Good luck

There are a couple great things about the Bite Squad delivery app. Usually everyday at least once I will receive a notification that reads, "for a limited time we are offering an additional $3 - $7 per delivery until usually an hour later". The tips are upfront like Uber Eats and Doordash. Also I was allowed to deliver the same day that I applied with Bite Squad. There are three things that I don't like about Bite Squad. First, I have been unable to get delivery offers unless my phone is within the city that I originally chose during the sign up. Second there is no hint as to which part of the city I will be delvering to. Third, to cancel or unassign a delivery I must start a chat with support.

When I use to drive for Uber ride share I use make $1200-$1400 per week. I even use to have three days off, but the other four days I freakin hustled. I think the most I every made in one day was $447 and that was without any promotions, but I was pretty much dead at the end of day. And gas was $400-$425 per month.

@@andrewshevchuk2062 I bought my car brand new for $12000 which was a 2016 Nissan Versa. I paid it off in about 4 months ($3000 down payment). After that, I barely had any miles on it. I also paid $125 for all 4 season tires on Amazon. Basically , my car was an asset not a lability. I made $69,000 in one year and that’s not including cash tips. So it was somewhere around $73,000. I used my mileages as a tax deduction and did not have to pay an taxes at the end of the year even though my car was already paid off :). I drove for two years and I still only have 140,000 miles on it. I started driving for Uber with 40,000 miles on the car.

My personal experience of drugs stems from smoking hash, solid form of cannabis....still to this day say it's a gateway. Safest way to not get hooked is not to try anything at all, ever. I'm in my 40's and it's no fun after a while. Good luck, really enjoy the channel.
