See legally there are so many things that you need to take care but if you are flying in no army and restricted area then that's ok ... Even after licence you need permission from nearby local police station

If we are caught flying an unregistered drone or flying a drone which is heavier than 250gms without licence, we will have to face legal implications and our drone might be seized.
