I do this I budget myself very well when I travel. I’m a a photojournalist & I learnt these skills when I used to work for Reuters on assignments abroad. I can do Naples in Italy where I am doing a long term project for just under £500.00 for around 14 days. Including a day trip to Rome. I have a daily allowance that I stay with. I don’t spend more than the allowance. These were great life skills from my Reuters days.

Knew a fabulously smart lady/mum who ran a Villa rental business near Sanur. Fully staffed with a brilliant Balinese team,with side gigs for a driver and masseuse. She moved in with a friend when she had the Villa booked; it was a big (earner) property so a very economic option. Kudos to that lady.

ha ha your comment on Yoga Barn made me laugh, and yes I know the class you took. As an Aussie and regular in Ubud, YB is pretty good but you are MUCH better of getting a weekly or visitors pass than a one off class. Total rip off. Great content.
