But we need to include the maintenance cost of a car that you would buy below 10K. Because these days even a used 20K car in the US, incurs an annual maintenance cost ~1K-1.5K per year.

As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires of investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or diversify ?

Hi I am a data engineer living near London (near Barnet). My living style is similar (2 bed newly build flat with service charge). My monthly outgoing is £2,200 and its really helpful to know someone else outgoing too (I've managed to keep it bit lower than you by £600). Thanks for sharing these expenses as its gives me really valuable insight to my own expenses.

Your presentation is good. But your ability to make people understand is very poor. Need to emphasize on the core point with more visual tools and techniques. Then people will be interested more to see your videos. I saw your videos 5 minutes but loose the interest as nothing I am getting from your videos.

A new car might be worth it, when compared to a used car, or to one that you have used for some years. It does indeed loose much of its value quickly, but at the same time, the maintenance costs for an used car - even if it was just used by you - tend to increase hugely after a certain age of the car, enough to justify the lease on a new car and the upfront cost. What truly makes sense, IMO, if you live in a developed country, is no car at all. You can cheaply and mostly easily get by with public transport only (in some of the larger cities, even easier and faster than with a car). Many books are available for free on the Internet, if you look thoroughly. Granted, not the latest titles or the latest editions. But if you want to read things that aren't mainstream, your chances are better with Google than with established online lending or book selling services, IME. Something I haven't heard of in the clip is food. Many people throw out a lot of food. Most people don't put too much thought into it. According to some research done by Sainsbury's in 2022, Brits throw away almost 6 quid worth of food per week per person, on average. That amounts to about 300 quid per year per person. Totally not a negligible amount, IMO. Another way round, more than one billion pounds worth of food is wasted in the UK each year. By putting some thought into eating, some of that money can stay in your pocket.

*I began my investment journey at the age of 27, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.*

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.
