Nothing new. Indians are there all around the world from Argentina to Antigua, Fiji, Europe, South East Asia , China, Japan, Africa.. Some went 100-200 years ago, some during 50s and some educated IT professionals went recently 20-30 years ago to US, Canada, Germany, UK. Obtained citizenships, some maried locals, got mixed race kids, did military service, Some kids born to their Indian parents adopted the local language culture, accent also but do not consider themselves as Indians.
