Went out with my son last weekend for the first time, using a gold and a nugget. Local canal to get a bit of practice, I thought I'd found a cannon ball with my second throw, but once I cleaned it up, it turns out it is a weight from a printing bench press... We also got a laptop, walkie talkie, fire extinguisher, an anchor and a bumper plate from a barge. Both of us were absolutely buzzing. Also 13 pence in money.🤟🤟😂😂

It's a Portugese 5c coin. It may have minting errors which makes it rare and probably why it was in the little plastic case. Worth looking at it more closely along with the Google.

The magazine at the 6 minute mark appears to be a .45 caliber which is what my Springfield SD -X 45 semi-automatic pistol uses. Here in Missouri USA. It could be from a 45 colt from WWII

For beginners we recommend a jackpot or Bondi gold magnet! The jackpot is a great starter magnet, it’s strong but easier to get off if you get stuck. If you think you’re ready for a stronger magnet the Bondi Gold is for you. I used the jackpot for a long time before upgrading to the Bondi gold and found loads of cool things with it 😃🤙🤙

I applied it, then tightened the eyelet as tight as I could, but I struggled to tighten the locknut brcause shifter spanner sticks to the magnet... I really don't wanna take any chances.
