Fees in gov medical colleges of sindh are too high as that of KP and Punjab. We pay 23k per annum.

Hello! So I'm a bit confused with DUHS right, and I've emailed them but they're unfortunately really slow, so I thought I could try asking you guys. So I'm a foreign applicant (overseas Pakistani) and I'm considering DUHS, and I don't really like DIMC (like I've heard negative things about it), would it be possible to enter the (actual) DUHS? I think you've got a friend as well who is from Canada (sorry, I don't remember her name) so I believe it is possible. Would you have any information regarding how that process would work? Would I have to sit for the entrance exam etc?

60% is the minimum requirement to take part in entry test for MBBS. The same test applies for Pharm.D as well. No idea about DPT though

You can't do that, I had checked with them last year. You apply as a foreign candidate and to do so, you have to give SAT 1 and 2 along with their entry test
