I wonder if cheap rent means cheap living area like the bed may have bed bugs.

@@louis20122 I did not experience that. Might be the case, I don’t say “no”. But that was not the case for me.

That’s pretty expensive because you’re not in business city district. In the Philippines, if you’re in Cebu and Davao, that pretty good. But if you are in pattaya Thailand, that’s pretty expensive from my perspective. You can get that same room in Taguig City near BGC and Makati. If you can afford with someone, you can share LA and NY style condo in BGC for abou😢30K PHP or 500 USD per month. The quality cost up to 4000 USD Airbnb style if you are actually in LA or NY but it’s Value for money you get if you live in BGC or Makati because you get the same quality BGC lifestyle starting $500 USD. In makati, you can get 350 USD but if you want world class, go BGC 😉

@@chuck_dane best quality for lowest price. What’s the best city for that in the Philippines, in your opinion? (If it has a nice beach, even better!)

@@PINTOAROUND brotheeer… I actually wanted to go from Laos from here. However, I could not find any affordable and decent places in Vang Vieng or Luang Prabang. Very strange. On top of that, Laos has one of the worst internet in SE Asia. That made me reconsider my next destination.

In Pattaya there are rooms similar to his room for 3000baht per month (including aircon and balcony) but the landlords give only to Thai people
