How much is too much screen time? | Outside the Fox

I hardly touch my phone at home. Most of my screen time is at work, during breaks. Since I don't use social media, most of my time is spent in my browser (Firefox), reading e-books or listening to music (I don't stream).

@thelastknight9367 I play video games, primarily. Also, I have a desktop PC, so there's little reason for me to use my phone when at home.

my parents never gave me a screen time limit, you know what happened? im way smarter now, and i like computer stuff, science, astronomy, all from the internet.

Me too,except parents tried to take away screen time,but I was relentless

My screen time is most probably 7-8 hours or more! Because i study and hangout on the internet.
