I love your content! I'm a highschool senior and I've been looking into becoming an ASL interpreter, and I would love if you spent more time delving into this subject! Your videos help tremendously as it is hard to find people in the Deaf community in my area.

Thanks for the great quality videos *kissfist! I took ASL 1 in college a couple years ago because I am HoH. I would like to request/ recommend a video for factory work, industrial manufacturing, etc. I look forward to more great content from your channel!!

@@signlanguagepractice Exactly! Perhaps less commonly known phases like injection molding, machine names, etc.

Can you work k-12 just with the AAS ITP degree? Local community college offers an AAS-T degree.. curious is k-12 hires only with the AA and not the bachelors? Thanks for this video!

Thanks for taking the time to watch! As far as your question, requirements vary from state to state. You may want to start here myaccount.rid.org/Public/Search/Organization.aspx and check out your local regs. Call a few of the programs to ask your question and see what you get back.

Per hour rates range from $12-$75. Depends on skillset, certifications, client and number of competing interpreters in the area. Does that help?
