Your're like the 4th tech I've watched and your the easiest to watch. Even though all of your conversation wasn't about lashes and stuff I still didn't feel bombarded or like we were going too far off track. I usually skip through the parts people are doing their clients but I watched yours those parts. I also usually watch videos @ 1.75 speed but I felt like I was missing out so I slowed it down to normal. I have adhd and so I can't sit still very long especially just listening. I am gonna watch more of your videos I feel like I am learning good quality things just from this one video.

Not sure if you have viceos covering these topics already but here are things I would love to see -Video breaking down how you allot the money you make and how you put money away for tax season -How much money you need to get started and how you were able to get it and recommendations for products to start with -Budget break down covering how much you spend on business related bills -Your journey as a tech where you started i.e. in a salon, at home are did you always have a suite vs. where you are now and why you chose to be there and if there is anything you would do differently -How you do promos like the referrals and such -How you juggle work and your personal life. That's all I can think off off the top of my head

How much is a good tip to leave your lash tech? I go every 2 weeks and never know how much to tip. I tend to over tip which I can’t really afford on top of the expensive service (which I’m happy to pay) but I never know if it would be rude to tip only $5?? I typically tip $10-$12 every fill..

Hey babe, tip whatever your budget allows. Lashes can be an expensive service bc they’re a luxury, but just bc you get them doesn’t mean you always have to overtip. Tipping is a courtesy, imo. Do what makes sense for your funds so that you can continue getting your glam✨ paying your tech’s prices instead of going to someone cheaper is also supportive, regardless of tipping. Just my opinion, hope that helped💕

I have the basic massage table that comes with the head rest (I don’t use the head rest). You may benefit from a recliner chair bc it’s comfier and can handle heavier clients
