How much running progress can you make in 3 months?

I have now been running, and training for 3 months. From couch to 5k to running 10 miles, In this video, I discuss the progress (if any!) I have made, as well as my goals for the next month, and my upcoming running event!
I use running to deal with grief and to help my mental health, and it has been a live saver (literally) over the last five months, and I hope I can reach to those who either are in a similar position to I am, or want to start running, and can encourage you to do so!
