Also one thing not clear here is you said to take critical cover insurance separately.Which means it will cover only the insured person . If you take health insurance with critical illness cover for whole family,it covers all members if they get critical illness

Sir, my parents who are 67 yrs old and 65 yrs old respectively have not taken any kind of health Insurance so far and they live in India while i live in Canada. So for their age how much of a health insurance maybe needed. Do they need a critical illness rider too. And the premium is also very high. They have pre existing illness like diabetes and blood pressure. What kind of health insurance is good for senior citizens? Maybe a youtube video on health insurance for senior citizens would be very helpful sir. Thanks.
