Don't keep trying to lift more weights if it's. or going to help you bowl faster. Your taking time away from training to be a better bowler. Bowling is not about the STRONGEST SHALL SURVIVE!! It really don't and your foolish to think so. Ball weighs 156g and you're on the ground for 0.10secs when you are bowling. Takes 0.25sec for muscles to work!!! Just think about it
