Please make video in english, I faced two consequences... In 2017 I gave interview in one of mnc company and they selected me and given offer letter on the same day...In 2022 I again gave interview to one of reputed mnc company ....3 rounds done in one week and they sent me selection confirmation on Feb 25, bgv done on 2 march but after that no response from hr.... I called her 2 to 3 times but she told me that approval is pending and it may took little more times and on next day she suddenly called me and told me that your position is kept on hold and it may take further more times.... I was very disappointed with there behaviour ...When I was selected at the same day hr told me to put resignation in current company and join our company within 45 days....I told her first release my offer after that only I will resign from my current organization ...She told me no issue we will release your offer within 7 to 8 working days....Now almost 2 months completed and no response ....First time I was disappointed with such type of behaviour ...Should I wait or should I ignore ?

Sir iam 2023 fresher..i have one year education gap after my intermediate.. My Tcs interview was completed 14 days back.. I didn't get selection mail but I got Document upload mail .. Next day Hr called me and verified my details of percentage marks in 10th inter and btech and reason for education gap..I answered all her questions..at last she said thank you and cutted my call...
