@@Shalome_ It will be a better week for me this week. Last week we had Imogen’s birthday on Friday then my bil’s 40th Saturday then Father’s Day yesterday, I really struggled Fri & Sat. We gave hubby’s birthday this Thursday and we are throwing Imogen a mermaid hot tub party on Saturday with her friends as we only had family over Friday. But I can navigate better when I’m going to catering 😂x

@@Shalome_ I’m on step 2 as I cannot go lower due to medication etc so I need to eat that meal, much easier when I’m cooking it. Aww yes, I love going parties for them, I usually do class parties but cannot do that in the current climate. I hope you have a great week, despite the weather Shalome xx

I only lose 2lb a week 😔 was devastated my first week as everyone I’ve spoken to loses tons , Im really strict I stick to 3 products and only drink water (7 pints ) don’t cheat at all so it’s hard when losses are so small but I keep going hoping for best, so glad you managed to achieve great losses your looking fab 👍🏻

Hi Michelle, thank you for your comment! ♥️ I totally understand, I’ve been loosing 2lb a week for some times now and others my size are loosing sometimes 4 or 5 a week still. Your not on your own! I was lucky the first couple of weeks. I’ve often wondered if I have something wrong with my thyroid or if there’s something else hormonally wrong with me. I remind myself that 2lb is better then nothing and that I wouldn’t be able to loose 2lb a week on my own without the diet! I hope your well! Let me know how you get on! Xx

Hey I've just started this diet and have lost 17lb in 2 weeks. I would just like to ask though what your thoughts are on the variety of products? Did you switch between the products or did you just stick with the shakes? I've heard people saying that shakes and soups are the best, but it doesn't say this anywhere on the website or booklet? I suppose I just can't believe that a bar or macaroni cheese would be as effective as a milkshake or soup?

@@DipsyMum29 Hiya! Sorry for the late reply. 17lbs in two weeks is incredible 🤩 You’re on a roll! I remember I had mainly shakes, bars, macaroni cheese and If I remember correctly cottage pie. I loved the bars and shakes. The macaroni cheese and cottage pie were not my favourite but hit the spot when I needed something savoury. They all have the same amount of calories in them so I think it doesn’t matter which products you go for. Probably best to try one of each and see which ones you like. I hope that helps. x

Hiya! Yes pleased to say I weight the exact amount as the day I finished the diet. That’s with eating 2000+ a day. I try to get in 10,000 steps a day in too and I do go to the gym a few times a week just to tone up.
