Hey I've just started this diet and have lost 17lb in 2 weeks. I would just like to ask though what your thoughts are on the variety of products? Did you switch between the products or did you just stick with the shakes? I've heard people saying that shakes and soups are the best, but it doesn't say this anywhere on the website or booklet? I suppose I just can't believe that a bar or macaroni cheese would be as effective as a milkshake or soup?

@@DipsyMum29 Hiya! Sorry for the late reply. 17lbs in two weeks is incredible 🤩 You’re on a roll! I remember I had mainly shakes, bars, macaroni cheese and If I remember correctly cottage pie. I loved the bars and shakes. The macaroni cheese and cottage pie were not my favourite but hit the spot when I needed something savoury. They all have the same amount of calories in them so I think it doesn’t matter which products you go for. Probably best to try one of each and see which ones you like. I hope that helps. x

@@loveandpeace_totheworld oh my gosh so sorry for late reply! I lost 30 something pounds on the 1:1 and then 24lbs after with the knowledge I had gained from it. I highly recommend doing it. The best thing was the trust I gained in myself again to only have my products and stick to them. Before the 1:1 I was eating really badly (lockdown didn’t help) and I couldn’t cut out the snacks 🙈 Hope that helps! Xx

@@Shalome_ I was home with the kids, I booked the week off work, I just didn’t see it in time Shalome, Imogen was watching you with me, it made her laugh you eating crumpets 😂 Hmm how am I? 🤔 😂 It’s been a weird few months to day the least! I had pneumonia back in October so was off work for a month, then had a wonderful Christmas but got Covid New Year’s Day, then I was suffering with what I thought was post viral fatigue but had bloods done and was told I’m severely anaemic so I’ve got to have an IV infusion next week. But other than that I’m fine🤔 Back in the land of the living now 😂 poor hubs had to pick up the slack. But he’s ok, kids are fine. I went back on CWP last week as I put a lot of weight on being poorly from October, I was eating so much chocolate for energy, makes sense now why I craved it so much 🤭 I lost 8lb my first week so was super chuffed! How are you and the family? Xxx

@@cherylmoss8564 oh Cheryl you must have felt so poorly, so sad 😭 I’m sorry to hear you were so Ill. My daughter had pneumonia over Christmas and was in A&E very Ill. It’s horrible and scary I really feel for you. Iron infusions are like magic! I have had one myself before. I hope it really helped you! Glad you had a good Christmas though! Aww don’t worry everyone put weight on Over that period anyway but 8 lbs loss in your first week is incredible! I bet you were buzzing! Haha I thought I may make it a regular thing. Call it join me for crumpets or something and we can all have a good old chat. Although it wouldn’t be very fair to people on the diet 😩🤦♀️ x x

I’ve just started on 1a. Can I just ask if you had any side effects please. I know it’s individual but I’ve heard some people have had their periods stop or become irregular. Did you notice anything like this? I know with any weight loss things fluctuate so I’m not too concerned. Your videos are so inspiring xxx

Hiya Yaz, thank you so much. Yes actually I did skip one period entirely. It was only one but I did get concerned and asked my consultant about it. Apparently it’s quite common with being on so little calories. All the rest of my periods were normal from what I remember. Well done for starting on 1A! @@Shalome_ I stopped it in the summer cause i was going out and wanted to eat with my family and drink my wine and cheese. I gained the weight back. ( i had lost 5 kg in two months). Thinking to start again. I want to loose 10 kg ( so i will probably need 3 to 4 months) but i am afraid that my cravings will go crazy. Any advice?

Take it one day at a time. Remember your reason why you want to do this and drink your water. Remember that you are worth it and the diet is just for a short space of time in comparison to the rest of your life. Your future self will thank you! ❤️ 😀

Hiya, i weight exactly the same today as I did the day I finished. Happily maintaining 😃 yes it’s a good diet but tough in the beginning but If you can get past the first week then that’s the hardest part done. Hope that helps

Hiya! Yes pleased to say I weight the exact amount as the day I finished the diet. That’s with eating 2000+ a day. I try to get in 10,000 steps a day in too and I do go to the gym a few times a week just to tone up.

@@786jiya it gets easier the more events you go to the more you get use to it 🙂 Not hard at all! Much to my surprise I still weigh the exact same now as I did when I finished plan 😀 I hadn’t weighed since my last video and decided to weigh yesterday and much to my surprise its still the same even though I’m eating normally now! Goes to show the plan really does work! X x
