Nope! Maybe in the 600s because of the size. Luxury homes have 9 foot doors, soft close cabinets, updated everything! Whoever the realtor is, needs to drop that price! This is probably a foreclosure!

I like it. I like the floor plan. The kitchen is fine. I like the shutters throughout. Don’t like the gray on the walls. A soft warm white color would lighten the house and complement the floors better. Was this a flip? It appears to be. Utility bills would be a killer. Nobody wants to be upstairs during the summer. Too hot. Good house for a large family. Nothing really wow but it’s a good house. I like the exterior. I like the Spanish flair. Nice big lot is really appealing but landscaping is so very expensive now. 75-100 grand to add a pool, easy. It seems priced right, Chandler is more expensive than other suburbs. I give the house an 8.5

Fulton Ranch is a great community. I lived in Chandler 10 years and it was the best place I ever lived until it got over crowded and over priced like this home.

09/06/24 First, loveeeeeeeeeeeee the outfits you wear when you are showing properties, always well-groomed! Love the spacious laundry room! That was it for me. Beautifulllllllllll area but the home itself lacked Luxury for the price they are asking in my opinion. Again great video as always. Good job! :)

I love this house you have room everywhere you go and I like the wall separations to define each room, I think the first room downstairs would make a good office or "studio" for the You Tubers and Tic Tacker's, everything is good BUT you are going to drop $100 Grand if you want to update or more than a $100 Grand if you want the "Modern" look and the back yard is a $200 Grand easy to turn the jungle into a Dream Oasis. I give the house an 8 overall house score because it is move in ready for an older buyer, not so much for the new movers and shakers. I don't see a Million Dollar Home there; you are going to shell out a couple $100 Grand just to get close to a Mill.

That's just a large cookie-cutter home at that price point. When the asking is withing spitting distance of a mill, people can afford to be picky about features and furnishings...which explains the length of time it's been on the market. Must be in a desirable, upscale neighborhood/area.

I hate when I see homes that have never had the backyard landscaped. Not a fan of the staggered kitchen cabinets either. I like the home, but more of a huge box like home. I can't imagine my a/c bill living there. Especially since it's a second story in the valley. Yikes!

Definitely wouldn’t consider this a mansion. Pretty much a big basic house. Surprised at the price. I wonder what the other houses in the area go for. The house is move in ready for someone who doesn’t want to do a bunch of work. I’d rate it a 7. I used to live in Chandler, Ocotillo’s a nice area.

I'm not feeling this place at all. Laundry room needs to be upstairs, no high-end appliances and no pool like the one you showed yesterday. Just standard everything. Looks cheap, would have to put a lot of work into.

Its not really a mansion, lol. Not even luxury. It's just a large home. There is nothing really special about it. Very typical build in arizona, where i have lived 30 yrs and have been a real estate agent myself.
