Anytime the price isn't shown it usually means it's outrageously high.
@bidenwearsdiapers40269 ай бұрын
If you click the link it provides the base price and allows you to build one to your liking. Moreover, it all depends on what your definition of “outrageously high” is. Under Brandon’s economy everything is outrageously high. And, you get what you pay for. If you want a $30k home, then go buy yourself a single-wide. Or spend months building a tiny home yourself.

This home has excellent features! Just several easy alterations on placement meets preferences for retired couple's downsized lake home. 1. Full bath is a centered walk-thru to the bedroom (shower across from sink & toilet---a pocket door to kitchen side, another pocket door to bedroom side). This opens kitchen wider to outer walls & no nude hubby scenes in the kitchen 😮😊 to go from shower to get dressed in more spacious bedroom where wardrobe is---he's a no robes guy 😂). 2. Stackable W/D space, with narrow broom closet. 3. Kitchen layout as center walk-thru galley. Fridge moved to where shower was before, tall wide pantry next to it. Insert for microwave at middle of this tall pantry on granite shelf, instead of above cooktop (cutting boards or trays stashed beside microwave). 4. Second bedroom perhaps half bath, & no built-in closet (may allow space for full size mattress, with freestanding tall armoire & under bed drawers). 5. Flip up/wall hinged regular height dining table & folding or stack chairs that are indoor/outdoor use (dining on the deck & such). 6. Fireplace & tv on wall adjacent 2nd bedroom, since full bathroom reconfigured to make kitchen open galley (corner wall is now gone and end cabinet now there is depth of the pantry next to fridge). Probably no sectional, standard sofa with storage below, placed across from entry door. Now fireplace and tv are fully viewable from the kitchen 👏).

The square sinks in the bathrooms are only good to wash hands. A circular sink you can wash hands and face better without splashing water on floor and living space. Also, you can bang head on faucet. Not very practical. Space saving. I agree the all in 1 washer/dryers do not seem very efficient. The stackable washer and dryer separate is more functional. Good space saving idea, but not very practical for every day use. AirBNB best use of this Olivia Summit model. A day, weekend, or a few weeks use, this is excellent for 2 bathrooms. Laundry will be done at a minimum or small daily loads.

Nice. Finally, single living 2 bedroom! I would do some customization but the biggest change: can you pull out the 2nd bathroom and make that a full second bedroom? Plus, those vanities are soooo small full-time living, and the sink is not what you need either, but I assume that could be customized to some degree? Your kitchen has nicely higher end appliances but that medicine cabinet looks very cheap in comparison. Just my thoughts.
@ycftokyo25 күн бұрын
And the wood doors could be changed for thiner material and give even an extra inch everywhere. Maybe space at floor lever for a folding stepstool would be nice to access those high cabinets. Second bathroom could be a toilet only, not hard to take turns for a shower! It would allow more space for a tub in the main bathroom. Customizing is a great option, not everybody wants to cook on a state of art stove.. especially with so limited prep space.
@julieolson16468 ай бұрын
I would add 2 more feet to length to get a better bathroom sink and cabinet. Maybe also to add some breathing room? There’s no place to hang coats or put shoes by front door. Change table to accommodate 2 people, with a hinge to drop it down. For myself, I hate counter seating, I’d rather it be table height. That cabinet to left of fridge could also be a pull-out pantry or like it is now but take out the coffee nook and do top door, bottom door where inside is shelving with pull out drawers. You also need a small broom closet somewhere…or at least a place to put a vacuum, broom, with an electrical outlet. Perhaps open the kitchen up by taking the bathroom and put between kitchen and second bedroom and make tiny bedroom for kids or could be an office. 2 feet added can do a lot of good.

Thanks for the tour. Awesome house on wheels, but in this space I would ask for more rounded corners: cabinetry, table tops, where head or hips could bump into. In my rented flat (Japan) I covered the very stylish square-angled door handles with foam tubes, as I was fed up with the numerous bruises on hands and arms, and the heads of little ones visiting.

I think it is a, wonderful design. I do believe it should be a Gooseneck for easy towing more storage space for colthing. The height should be road legal at 13.1/2 inches unless it has a drip axle. I like the idea of Teo separate bathroom especially since there was a Pandemic. The bathrooms hold the most germs so having separate bathrooms is important. This a a great tiny house for a family. Apartments aren't much bigger. More emphasis on colthing storage that can easily be done for the junior bedroom with a gooseneck trailer. It was a bit tight but if you need to send kids to schools, young adult to training programs this is the best option so far. It is family oriented. It would have been nice to have seen flod up bunk bebs. But I guess that isn't important because nothing can go into that space to begin with. ❤❤❤ The Best Family Oriented Tiny House I have seen so far takes into account growing kids, older teens leaving the nest. Finally people listened to families.

The bathroom sinks are really nice looking but look totally inconvenient. I would rather have a larger sink with a little bit of counter, even if it meant floating it on the wall so that the counter overhang towards the toilet area. I would also give up the second bath shower for more space For storage or more room in that back bedroom and just have it be a half bath. Or put the washer dryer in that shower space. Giving you more room for the master bath. The only other thing I would change is swap the fridge raider down to the end where the garbage can is and put that storage next to the stove with a little bit more counters, instead of the insert inside the cupboard shelf and electric oven I would also turn the couch around facing the window. Creating more of a separate room with a short end going into the corner of the room that way you get a better angle for the TV and you can see out the window.
