Sheeeesh, I only pay $3630 😮😅 I made it to one of the Capital One lounges in DFW, and it crowded so sadly I've never actually been in one. There was a waiting list so I went to the Centurion lounge.

I only have 3 out of those 7 cards, but my spreadsheet tells me I pay $2,910 annual fees between my wife and I. As long every card gives you positive value, I don't see why you can't have a ton of annual fee cards

Yeah the fees add up but more than pay for themselves if you use them right like you say. And even if you just break even, you can get so much more comfort for the same amount you pay that those parts are harder to quantify.

yes, very well said. each card has it's purpose and usually justifies their own annual fee

Does the 1.25x point boost for the CSP (or 1.5x for CSR) matter if just transferring to Hyatt? Just wanting to confirm that both options transfer at the same 1:1 to Hyatt?
@getsugatenshoFTW2 ай бұрын
It doesn't matter. 1.25x/1.5x only matters when booking through the portal.
@ChaseYokoyama2 ай бұрын
Just like @getsugatenshoFTW mentioned, it does not matter when transferring to Hyatt. And yes Chase transfer to Hyatt at a 1:1 ratio.
@Fish4PointsАй бұрын
That's crazy on how much AF's but as long as you're getting value that's what matters. I have the Marriott Brilliant Card got it in August 2024 but they told me I will not get my FNC until August 2025 after the 2nd AF post so to get value from the Marriott card you need to use that FNC for a cash stay of at least $700 due to 2 AF's is 1300 then minus 600 for dinner credits puts you at $700 since you don't get the FNC right away
@ChaseYokoyamaАй бұрын
not getting the FNC is a bummer. But people also take the SUB into consideration for the first year value as well.
