Chin ups, dips, and hill sprints are all I do now. Larger, sronger, fitter, and leaner than I've ever been on any other routine.

@@TheScholarAthlete I wouldn't say my legs are big or at least as big as weights would make them. Which is completely expected. But there's more to them than if I were to do distance running. For what it's worth I do often receive compliments on my legs.
