i have done one very similar to that: 2 saw osc, the first with 4 unison at 7%, the second with 6 unison at 14%, a third osc is an instable sine wave with 3 unison at 14%, only the firts osc goes to both vital filters. First filter is a spread combo with a cut a 60 semitones and resonance a 0%, second filter is an analog at 24 db/oct with a cut at 24 semitones and a resonance around 70%. Also link an LFO to OSC 1 to create a pitch variation. Then on the fxs i added a chours at 16, a small soft distortion, some eq, another filter at 12 db/oct and the most important effect which is the flanger and the phaser. In the end i've made more eq for resolving some resonance issues and added the stock flanger of logic, a valhalla vintage verb and a slight compression to mix all together, hope i've helped :D
