K H I got the newer magpul mlock as well as UTG’s mlock option. The magpul is decent and has a turret/tilt option which is nice but it’s rather bulky and makes the rifle very front heavy. The UTG was lighter but pretty dang awkward to deploy. I have an Atlas on a target 10/22 and it’s pretty decent but still sorta heavy.

Pasty dip is cheap for a reason a couple of years ago i paid a shop to do my car and three months later it looked looked like shit it was wearing off behind my wheel wells then was a nightmare to remove biggest waste of time and money . It's better to pay a little extra and get it wrapped .

Paint is expensive. Dip is cheap and temporary, and protects the paint when done right. Plus, in 80 years it'll be worth more if it still has the factory paint.

Well my rpr in 6.5 creedmoor reached a mile with ease topped with a vortex viper hslr. Our oldest daughter at 11, 2 years ago she's 13 now, shot it out to 1000 yds and was deadly accurate with it. I picked this gun up for 800 bucks here in utah. I would recommend those guns to anyone. Edit: it was the gen II model with a few upgrades they did to it.

@@trophyhusbanddiaries2805 well the "feel" isn't the same that's true but however when it comes to the accuracy, the sacrifice of the custom feel is worth the price tag. Not to mention you can upgrade the rifles with components to make the rifles feel better than just a stock rpr. If you have money to waste then sure get a custom gun if not that's the reason behind guns such as this and others like the savage version etc. When it comes down to it, it's just a personal preference, available cash etc for ones choice on a rifle.

Ruger is not matching those high end custom rifles in any aspect. You should still get one though. The RPR is a very well made rifle capable of great accuracy. Its still a mass produced factory rifle. You can upgrade the trigger and other things as you go. Start with a solid bipod, better than average scope, at least match grade ammo, and youll be banging steel at a mile or more with ease.

Love your fishing stuff but I’m going to have to say, I just checked these dudes website out and there so overpriced it’s not even funny. They’re selling their “sleeper rifle” for over $2000 it’s literally just a 700 copy with the Magpul stock. Also I work in a cnc machine shop and the steel they’re using is not impressive at all. The only thing I like about these rifles is the recoil lug being attached. Other than that they’re pretty basic. I wouldn’t go a dime over $999.00. Also if you’re planning on giving them away please don’t chamber the in anything that has the number 6 in the beginning. We have enough of those around.

Bro those are clean as hell but plz for the Ling range AR community do a 6.5 Grendel. I know those specialized rounds are cool but 6.5 Grendel is more cost effective and does more damage and more range then any other round in the 39mm-45mm length casings. Better then .224 At damage done but matches in range, better then 5.56 at range and damage, better then 6.8 SPC at range but similar damage but way less expensive for ammo and mags. It just makes sense bro. Show me some love and look into it. Shoot one build one and you will love it bro.
