We are already smarter than they are. The key is to not allow what makes us more evolved, our emotional maturity, cause for us to have so much empathy for them that we allow for them to abuse us. Most times, it is this empathy that gets us in trouble. We don’t respond the way we should at the first sign of misconduct because we assume that we are incorrect in our judgment. We are smart enough to know that if someone is damaged they are going to act out and mistreat others. So, we are more patient with them. This is where the problem comes in. Our caring and ability to identify with a person’s pain causes for us to fall victim to their callous behavior. We move the boundary for them because we believe if we do, we can help them. We believe that all they need is love. The problem is, they don’t really want it. They just wanted us to move the boundary. They literally want to see if they can continue to make us do things we not wish to do. They want to see if they can cause a reaction that is out of character. They want to watch us unravel. It makes them feel powerful. Moreover, if you feel sure that your husband might never cheat on you, you might have to rethink. Most wives in marriages are shocked when they find out their husband cheating, and it happens more with people who never thought they would cheat. This is why you have to take the tiniest suspicion carefully. If your husband is cheating on you, the best and probably the only guaranteed way to catch him is to spy on their phones. However, spying on a phone is not something you can do without any external help unless you have the James bond level of spy skills. In such case you will need an expert phone spyier Metaspyhub@gmail. com for the purpose,,,

Don’t state targets are attracting perpetrators into their lives. That’s victim blaming and as bad as telling sexual assault victims it was what they wore that caused the attack. I just removed my rings and earrings, all gifts that my partner has given me throughout the years as a symbol of my freedom. I just broke the chains that kept me with him, he did it last night to our daughter, who took a stand for me and her, he was simply unable to recognize the truth and unwilling to accept his responsibility in hurting our family with his strange behaviors, trying to put the blame on her who is 13. That’s when I woke up. Also feeling the support of my daughter gave me the strength I was lacking to put and end to such a toxic situation, I thought leaving him would hurt her but I realize staying has done so probably more than it was necessary. This is all a long list of aggressions against a victim. Why would anyone want a narc to see them as strong? It starts a campaign to destroy you. Isn’t it better then for the narcissist to not see you as strong and lose interest?

They nourish their egos, by mentally & emotionally dominating the weak. Weakness is to them what spinach was to Popeye. So when I stood against foolishness & required that my so called friend take accountability for his poor behavior, he bailed. Now he lives to turn others against me. The jealousy & gaslighting are UNMATCHED! Whoever wants to believe whatever he says can feel free to do so. They will find out. He will do them the same way. But my life is far less dramatic without that poisonous group of vipers. I used to live a life of migraines….in the 6 months since we broke ties, I have NOT had a single one! This speaks volumes❤❤❤

The only problem is if the person isn't a narcissist these methods can severely harm the person. Too often people believe their partners are narcissistic when in reality the problems are misplaced anger or emotional problems that go unaddressed
@CornpopMAGA7 ай бұрын
You can't defeat a narcissist but you can ignore them, they will still think they are victorious over you because you are trying to avoid them and the argument and battle they were hoping to instigate. The way you all should look at life is you are either the hammer or the nail getting smashed into the wall until you break. it's better to be the offender than always be the target that's always offended , if they offend you once they will continue to do so forever because its amusing and fun and always too easy you will always be their entertainment. Being too sensitive or being too kind won't stop people from taking advantage of you anyway, and won't stop them from continuing to not care about you at all, or stop them from continuing to disrespect you anyway because you are a wimp and a pushover who's too worried about not bothering and offending people.

I set some boundaries when I've been questioned like i didn't know how to do a simple job knowing I've been trained efficiently i under stand I've mistakes we all have but i ain't trying to compeat with anyone or steal their thunder or whatever....i have my own strengths just like they do as far as taking their behaviors to the extreme that's where i keep my mouth shut don't say nothing and avoid conflicts. I'm done playing with their mind games i understand the rules and consequences of the dlightest miscalculations this fool named Jamal i use to work with was a pain in the pass he would be codependent, passive aggressive like a manic even act like he's all that to be superior i don't work with him anymore...but i'd try to stay away from him as much as i can...as far as undermining me to fabricating things ,i would be at fault for him repeating himself as i made things worst but I'm learning the hard way..I'd try to avoid engaging in drama that may lead to dramatic arugements...no body wants to fight with me or go to war with me I'm being real nice it's best to not take me there.

After watching this video, I think I need to change my living environment. Those narcissistic traits fit, more or less, pretty much everyone around me at any job I take and why I can't get a cue about anything anybody does around me. When interacting with someone, I always felt that I am never on the same page with anyone and I tend to get some sort of "brain error" while talking with people. This error comes usually in form of thoughts, like: "is this guy serious or just trolling me?", "bro, I literally have no idea what do you want from me" and then I tend to look at them like one would look at something that caught his interest and trying figuring them out. I was told that I am just antisocial or retarded but I never actually took that as an insult (I mean, one cannot take seriously such words if he has similar feelings towards a person that speaks such word towards him, am I right?). Thanks for this video, I think I found some new information that I was lacking. I hope you have a great day, cuz you've certainly made my day a bit better!

🙄🙄 AW I’ve An ex friend of mines was a complainer, a classic narcissist & always denied it when I’d call her out for it.. the type of person who thinks they’re opinions & voices are more valid & true than everyone else’s.. they’re also prone to bullying (not me, bc I’d not stand for it, but others who have a little less self esteem maybe & due to that think that it’s normal for folk with bitchy attitudes to belittle you in front of others.. Not me, I’m more the type who would ask the victimised person if they’re ok & then tell the person, usually right in front of the shy/traumatised individual, it’s not ok to do that to someone/speak to someone like that.. You’ve no idea what they’ve went through today, or even in the last 24 hours leading up to coming here, to then be met with you’re bombardments of bitchiness. There’s just no need..🤨🤨 Also & quite often, when it was me & her she was awfully NICE.. but the minute there was ANYONE ELSE she could use that as “an audience” & out came those same mean nasty jibes.. But the best of all, was I’d ALWAYS CALL HER OUT ON IT.😊 Oh & she did not like that.. I’d get threats, like “if you want us to stay friends, then you should learn to button it Jen” 😆 So I’d say “Yeah but you were nice as pie to me before so & so came in,,& that’s not right” She’d usually reluctantly apologise.. 😆 But like I’ve mentioned above,if she was giving someone abusive or bitchy comments in my presence, I’d get warned for that too. With “what right have you got to but into that conversation-you’ve no rights to undermine me in my own house” so I’d say stuff like “yeah, I’m sorry but he/she was clearly upset& I was just letting them know it’s ok & not to be scared, or whatever” 🤨 BUT THIS WOMEN I SWEAR TO GOD HAD AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING,, THE OTHER THING WAS MOST FOLKS WOULD PANDER TO HER CHILDISH BITCHY & IGNORANT BEHAVIOUR.. (folks would usually say to me, Jen, how are you not scared of her, how do you do that, meaning stand up for myself & others.. my answer would usually always be the same.) Remember at school there’d be a bully, usually surrounded by their minions..who usually didn’t rlly like the bully person but where too scared to stand up to them bc then they’d be outcasts & No1 wants that in school, every kid wants to be pals with 1 of the popular kids..😊 BUT IF YOU RLLY KNOW YOURSELF-LIKE MY MUM TAUGHT ALL OF US.. NO1 CAN TELL YOU THAT YOURE ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOURSELF.. IF THEY TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU, WALK AWAY OR EVEN LAUGH AT THEM..😊 LETS FACE IT WHATS THE WORST THATS GONNA HAPPEN, THE POPULAR KIDS WONT LIKE YOU, BUT I BET ANY MONEY SOME OF THE GROUP WILL SECRETLY ADMIRE YOU, BC YOU’VE HAD THE GUTS TO STAND FIRM IN YOUR BELIEFS OF KNOWING YOURSELF.🥰 The other & main reason I stuck around was bc id been friends with her since our kids where at preschool together, so I’d known her a very long time.. I watched her health slowly deteriorating & to me, as a caring sort of person..(who’s not so caring, I wont take anyones shit)..but she WAS ELDERLY & GETTING MORE INFIRM & I always remember a rlly bit of good advice my gran gave me, always help others Jen, and if poss try to encourage them to help themselves.. (so,in case your asking WHY DIDNT I JUST ABADON HER) well, I did her house work, went grocery shopping with her & other places like to the doctors surgery etc., bc she did have huge swollen leaky legs..I’m sure it’s called cellulitis, a nasty infection in the deep layers of skin & also needed to use a walker & was about the age of my own mother.. (also all my other family lived over 50 miles away)..So when I did eventually move closer to my family, some may think I’ve no place in doing this, but I had stern words with both of her adult sons, who both have cars & live very close by to their mother.. Also, I didn’t feel guilty bc I know there where other girls as well as her sons wife’s mother, who was very close to her also & for about 2-3 years before I’d left she was great at helping her, as much as I did..(also bc she was her daughter in laws mother aka her sons mother in law-yeah strange set up) but I do remember a few deep conversations with her on me planning on leaving..WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR FRIENDSHIP..IT WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS DEEPLY LONELY BEING OVER 50miles away from my family,,also due to my partner passing away after a long continuous illnesses, the main 1 being TB, which he got in 2011- then bronchiectasis, which was horrific he was constantly in & out of hospital for sometimes days, other times weeks to try multiple medications/procedures etc to stop him from coughing up blood every day,. 🥺🥺 Clearly they couldn’t & bc of his daft attitude against stopping drinking he was just a ticking time bomb..so obv the cirrhosis of his liver got worse..Then kidney problems started & at 41 his body just couldn’t take it all anymore.. 💔💔💔 OBVIOUSLY ILL NEVER FORGET SCOTT-as defiant as he was he was my best friend as we knew each other since high school..went our sep ways+ had daughters to other partners & then in 2001,we reunited❣️ The rlly sweet thing regarding his death was our street was a new build (after they had dismantled & regenerated my whole local area) So our new street was made & we all moved in 2009 & twas sweet bc most folks had already been neighbours from the blocks which where demolished) So on the day of Scott’s funeral all the cars came into our street which was a rlly cute cul-de-sac & all of our neighbours stood on their doorsteps, some even brought flowers over,just before all the family gotten into the funeral cars,,I felt so touched by that, as a few of our closest neighbours also came along to the service.Which Scott would’ve liked.. (🙄 SO SORRY I WENT WAY OFF SUBJECT THERE..)But the ONLY REASON I LEFT MY ADORABLE & TBH, EVERY DAY I STILL MISS IT & sometimes feel I’ve made a huge mistake,,but the 3bedroom house,which was a brand new build, like I’ve mentioned..It was for me,Scott,my daughter who was 15,almost 16 & the other spare room was for his 2 daughters..who are 1 & 2 years younger than mines.. 💞💞 SADLY THO, & AGAIN IM SORRY IVE TYPED POSS WAY TOO MUCH INFO. AS THIS WAS MEANT TO ME JUST A REPLY ON NARCISSIST EX FRIEND!!! 🥰 So thanx to you all who did take the time I’m reading this,esp the extra personal bits of info at the bottom..🥰 As much as I do, on most days miss my 3bedroom front/back garden house, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. My man’s no longer there & my daughters & step daughters have all moved on with their lives. 2 are married & 1 travels the world, I think she writes travel blogs,, it’s been a few years since I last spoke to them. But the plus side of all of this IS IVE SURVIVED NARCISSISTIC ABUSE (as some like to call it).. And I’m now living in the same town, in the beautiful Scottish Borders within walking distance to my 4 brothers, my mum, my daughter & my 4 nieces & my nephew is at Uni.. 🥰🎊 SO ITS ALL TURNED OUT THE WAY THE UNIVERSE INTENDED IT TO BE..🥰 WHOEVER YOU ARE- WHATEVER LIFE THROWS AT YOU, REMEMBER TOMORROW IS POSS GONNA BE A BETTER DAY..❣️ (ONLY LOOK BACK, IF YOUR REMEMBERING LESSONS LEARNED & YOU TAKE SOME OF THAT FORWARD ON YOUR YET TO LIVE JOURNEY) 🤍 SHARE LOVE FOLKS-THERES TOO MUCH HATE IN THE WORLD🤍
