Data loss is my biggest fear. I have literally 30+ external drives, most @ 4TB. Backblaze is your best solution as it's about $10/month and backs up automatically whenever connected to internet. Be sure to get the plan to keep data permanently. As far as living nomadically, I could never do it cuz I got way too much sh#t. Of course it would be a lot easier if you had a bigger vehicle!
