Yes, even the ones making this story do not realize the flower in legal state dispensaries is THCA flower. This is marijuana that is harvested and cured in manor that prevents the THCA (precursor to delta-9 THC) from breaking down into levels of D9 above .3% pre decarboxylation. It’s not “hemp” but if calling it that makes it legal then cool

Marijuana is made illegal because it threatens the pharmaceuticals establishment on making profits on medications that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, seizures, PTSD, and the list goes on. It's against the law to put a patent on nature so they could not own it but they could outlaw it. With the introduction of GMOs it now has the potential to be profitable to the pharmaceutical establishment. The problem is the already existing strains of marijuana out there and the fact that it's recreational in a lot of States. Pharmaceutical companies will lose billions if marijuana is made completely legal. Yes reefer madness did happen, but that's not ultimately why it was made illegal. That was just used as an excuse to ban a substance over greed. I also need to point out that the pharmaceutical establishment has global influence and pull. Not just national. Please share my comment with everybody. More people need to know the truth.

All "THC" is the same. Whether it be THC A, B ETC. The Terpenes are what cause the different effects of each individual strain. The delta 8s and CBDS are a gimmick. Yes, there are medical benefits to both. But I'd argue that all the above compounds exist in varying percentages, from strain to strain. And I'd also highlight Ron Simpsons' speech about the benefits of full spectrum extracts vs. CBD. The true healing properties of cannibis lie within the compounds that compose the TCH itself. Anything short of that is just diet weed.💯🤷‍♂️

Lol it is more recreational though it does help the mind in many ways, it can help pain, fatigue, insomnia, depression, aggression, erectile disfunction, (it causes vascular diolation) which helps increases blood circulation lowing blood pressure, while also relaxing you and making you wanna smile. The feeling of thc is like running 2 miles then stopping out of nowhere, but more relaxing and less like your hearts gonna pop out. Thc stimulates our cannabinoid receptors/endorphins, but more potently.
