Clients just have such unreasonable expectations, especially after covid. I had a client who threw his personal credit card transactions into "outside services." I asked him if he can itemize the expenses and determine if they were related to the business (ordinary and necessary). He said my last preparer didn't ask questions, can you just put the number on the return so I don't owe. Missed out on a client, but probably for the best.
