Dont think that panel could catch a fire on itself, there nothing to burn. Thin layer of plastic which firstly melt, and glass and silicon

Oh they can burn. You can find lot of videos here on KZbin. Just search for pv/solar panel fire.

@@MegaCyrik Everything can burn - yes, but double (dual) glass panels are Class A fire resistant compared to plastic backed panels
