Great robot guys! One thing I notices in all your videos was that you guys might be a bit tipsy and not smooth so I would maybe suggest making the drivetrain a lot bigger to have some weight and so that the CG is better. My team, 5842 has a similar design with a 28x28in DT and it has had no problems with being choppy (we had this problem in previous years). Another thing I would maybe suggest is maybe using a motion profiled PID controller if you aren't already however I think making the DT bigger will probably solve parts of it being choppy. Our robots are super similar so I was just giving insight on problems we had! Good luck at comp!

We are less than 400g from maximum weight. There's no concern of tipping because since we shot those videos, we tested tipping with bumpers. It is pretty rare to tip, and we can self right. We'll post a bit more on that next week, thanks for the tip!

It might just be the video quality but I think you guys should check your gears because your swerves sound like ours did when they were grinding
