I loveeee this pod!! I am always listening to you during work and I find myself laughing out of nowhere haha, good thing I am working from home! Yoni I find your 'if you are listening' kind of like an inside joke and makes your listeners seem a group of friends! I always appreciate your honesty, I am so glad I discovered Alia on youtube 2 or 3 years ago and I stuck around

16:47 OMG Yoni I do the same !! 😭😭😭😭 it’s becoming such a daily habbit so I started doing it in the kitchen when all my flatmates are around cooking and it’s always the same conversation « hey take the 2 and left 3 for her but again I do u maybe take 2 and half and see how she’ll react 😂» it’s cool tho !

I pretend to talk on the phone all the time! I make up stories and seem really engaged in an intense conversation 😂 It’s the kind of thing we all do but don’t expect to have to tell anyone! I laughed a lot during this episode 😂🙌🏼

The most common thing I lie especially when it’s not someone I regularly see is when people ask how is your day, “yeah it’s going good, is easy so that your stress doesn’t become other people stress

Okay so funny story : I'm french, I speak french and I can also speak spanish. I was sitting down outside and a man approached me and started asking me questions, I didn't want to be bothered so I started to speak spanish knowing he wouldn't understand. Little did I know that he knew spanish. I had to pretend to be spanish for like 10min it was hilarious and horrible at the same time, dude was so into the conversation, and when he left he told me something like : good luck learning french, and I was like bro if you knewwww 😭 Moral of the story : just tell people you don't want to talk it's not that hard 😂

Ahahaha! I do the same thing Yoni does, talking alone on the phone when I feel somebody is going to stop me. I am Greek and I live in Spain and I always say in Greek “hey mum, how are you? I will just pretend I am talking to you now” and if I forget to do it and they actually catch me I pretend I don’t understand Spanish and I only speak Greek. Alia you could speak in Romanian and Yoni in French 😂

SEVENTEEN AND A HALF. but definitely I feel like I'm not a liar and still manage to lie twice a day ahahah before you said the result from the study I was already thinking 'maybe twice a day' and then you said it. I think I would lie when people ask me how am I feeling today and stuff like that. And about the phone call I always talk about the same thing too ahahah some drama at work that didn't happen
