There are solutions for that. I did 200 unbroken swings with 1/3 my bodyweight and not one blister. 11,111 swings in 1 month and not one issue. Come and find us when you want to learn 👍🙏

@@benvtucker15 Master The Kettlebell Clean would be good to learn grip transition, racking, hand insertion, and avoiding blisters. Let me know if that's not what you're after. Also, Kettlebell Training Fundamentals is good. Whether you get the book or course depends on how you like the content delivered and what support you want with it etc.
