Can I do strength training Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But add on like Tuesday, Thursday do like hitt, cardio, indoor walk etc. or should those be completely rest days. And after I do the strength training can I add hitt, cardio etc?

I walk 3 miles 5 times per week, I am loosing body fat, I look the same but my clothes fits looser but I’m in a stage right now that I feel that I’m stuck, I went from size 18 pants to size 12 but I feel like I’m stuck I don’t eat sugars, carbs fry food, but I’m still size 12, so walking the 3 miles 5 times per week it’s not working!

Every body react different, all I can tell you is that I have lost body fat, I look the same but my clothes are loose, and I like that but I would love to be able to see my body smaller too. I don’t know what you’re doing to loose weight, this is only my experience on what I’m doing😊

Excellent info! Still newer to strength, but following a 3x a week schedule- Upper, Lower, Full Body. What about core focused exercises? I’ve been doing them for a bit each day I do strength- M, T, & Th.

I needed this so bad thank you so much for posting this! I do 5x a week since I already am up taking kids to school lol. I currently do L,u,L,u,L. Would it be better to do L,u, cardio, L,u? I do at least 45 mins strengthening and 20-30 mins cardio during the 5 days. Is this ok?

It would be better to do whatever you can adhere to :) I personally think 4x week for you sounds perfect.

Hi Eric. Thank you so much for the video I have a better outlook on setting up a workout schedule (I’m a beginner!) I have a question. I love the peloton, but I want to actually strength train. Is it okay to do the peloton after strength training like in the same day so I can take the next day completely for rest? I’m thinking a 4x a week split.

Thank you I have definitely been working out to much 7 days a week no rest and I haven't seen any results maybe that's why and I have been doing legs 3 times a week upper body the other 3 days and cardio always after weights always 7 days I will try 4 days how many exercise I do 8 exercise per body part is that to much ?
