Thank you for this video. You are so right. I always do well until the weekend. I’m now trying to count my calories per week so I can plan for eating out dinners. I’m excited to see my results in a month month 👍

Calorie Deficit Calories intake: 1,300-1,500 My weight: 155 pounds Fats: 20-40 Carbs: 90-140 Protein: 155-170 Sometimes idk if I am eating too little or too much, but at the same time I feel like if I eat more carbs and fats I will gain more body fat which I don’t want.

I think a lot of people could aim for 10-15k steps even. I get 12-13k fairly easily. Now that’s according to my Fitbit so you could deduct a little off that.

What if i dont have access to a gym/weights? Can i do workouts from home that help? All i have a is a treadmill
@annamorales549714 сағат бұрын
Do some squats, lunges, modified pushups or push ups. If you can later on invest in some weights. I bought these adjustable weights from Amazon I think they were like $50? I don’t remember resistance bands. You can find workouts on KZbin
@perjutsu293611 сағат бұрын
@annamorales5497 Thanks I'll probably invest in some weights soon all the biggest I have is 10 pounds so not great I do have resistance bands

Is the 5000 steps should be done everyday?
@askseventeen15 сағат бұрын
Yes. Unless you’re recovering from an injury, you should try to be active every day. I personally do 10,000 steps minimum per day along with strength training.
@Malzov15 сағат бұрын
Yes its easy to just go for a 30 min walk

Can i increase my calorie intake in weekends if 'Yes' then how much it should be...??
@askseventeen15 сағат бұрын
Yes, but you need to make sure you’re still in a calorie deficit for the week. If you’re in a 500 cal deficit for each of the first 4 days but then eat a 650 cal surplus each day Fri-Sun, then you’ve effectively erased all your progress. It’s important to understand your maintenance calories and to not overestimate your level of physical activity.

Is walking on an incline better than doing 10 mins of HIIT?
@friendlyneighborhood522615 сағат бұрын
10 incline 4.5 kph speed 30 mins all i do and have great results
@JJ-ts4ze14 сағат бұрын
I dont know if its better, I am not a professional but HIIT sets my body under stress and I noticed a big raise of appetite and hunger the day after. Makes it a lot harder to be in a deficit. I love HIITs, but its probally way easier for the body to recover from a walk especially in a calorie deficit. Maybe a mix works fine?

Few issues for me is egg whites thin out the eggs. Id never snack on a tuna can. And i like peanut butter. And meals consisting of lean meats alone with a side of salad are hella boring.

Hi Eric, great video. But before someone starts on their weight loss journey, it’s important the person finds their maintenance calories. That should include taking weight everyday while trying to eat the same amount of calories each day.

Mike Isratel and Pete Attia say your body adopts and becomes efficient because it knows it ain't getting enough calories so it has to be efficient so you burn less calories, when you bump up your calories abd reduce them later you start to see results, that's if I understood them well
