But, 1) when do you take the protein shakes, before or after training? and how long before or after lifting weights? since some of these products like proteins or Creatine also give you energy, 2) so you do Chest mondays and Thursday, arms tuesdays and fridays? Isn't that too much for the body to recover? or... how different are both routines, Arms (tueday) is very heavy then... arms (Fridays) is light weight and more repetition, or exactly the same routine? thanks

@@realhaydenthomas Yes please, thanks! Actually I tried since I did Arms on pass tuesday and so I tried to do Arms again on Friday, but they were still a bit in pain from tuesday so I wasnt able to match tuesday performance, that is why I tought that both routines should be different.
