This is a brilliant video and I learnt what you mention last year after breaking up with my ex, which I regret. She was my first gf 41 and last at 41. Gave up on getting into a relationship. It’s difficult to start over again at 44. My confidence is gone, have no friends, no job or a life. Having no social life throughout your life really exposes you as a nobody. Sometimes I get people who are 15-25 years younger than me done way so much than me and have much better experiences, especially with women. This puts me to shame.
