A small correction on Bowser and Bowser Jr, because they aren't necessarily aging in real time, so the video was meant to depict when the age of the year the video came out, 2017. That would technically make Bowser 28 in canon and Bowser Jr 7, because rarely do characters age during the set time of the canon

Yeah. I think the movie probably takes place in the mid-late 2000s. Mario and Luigi seem to have a connection to the 80s, with the NES and all that, but Luigi has a smart phone and a gc ringtone on his phone. So they were probably born in the 80s, along with Bowser, and the rest of the gang.

The fact that since Mario is 25 and Bowser is 34, "Baby" Bowser was actually about 9 during Yoshi's Island haunts me.

I've had an awful day today, and sitting down to watch some SONICSTA after life's frustrations, it feels relaxing. Anyways, I'm mixed on knowing the age of my favorite cartoon characters. On one hand, it is intriguing to know and it helps you get a better understanding, in a way, of why the character acts the way that they do. But, on the other hand, ages can set limits on the potential for character to explore, and I'm not really a huge fan of that. That being said, I still found this analysis of what we know in the Mario lore and canon to determine an age for this characters to be a fun time. :)

We actually know how old Waluigi is. According to his Super Smash Bros. Melee trophy, it states that he is the same age as Luigi. So since we know that Luigi is 24-25 years old like his brother Mario, using that logic, Waluigi is also 24-25 years old as well.

Mario's age has been directly confirmed by Miyamoto himself were he has stated 24-25 so Peach begin the same or a year or 2 younger is reasonable and I think the same can be said for Daisy now for Bowser and Jr. yeah in the chase of Bowser he can't be that much older than Mario due to how we see him in Yoshi's Island and Partners in Time, while Jr.... well that's more tricky since Nintendo has never directly stated his age, but I think it's safe to say Jr and the Koopalings are all around the same age the how to make video by Nintendo doesn't necessary confirmed Bowser or Jr's age, like at all, since games and other series rarely go by real life time and logic look at Sonic, he celebrated his birthday in Generations and is still the same age as he was before that game and I think it's still be the same after his birthday update in Frontiers modern DK, yes he would be around the same as Mario and Luigi Waluigi is likely around or at the same age as Wario but in the end of the day many characters from gaming and even anime doesn't always have a set and confirmed age such as WayForward's Shantae and it's characters, but in her chase around 20s makes sense also due to the developers once describing her as a young adult (unless someone can get a straight answer from WayForward themselfs, that's the logic I got by) and then there's Link who's age is literally all over the place depending on the game, but always under 18 (except from the Link and Zelda from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom due to the 100 years in stasis, Link recovering in the Shrine of Resurrection and Zelda keeping Calamity Ganon sealed)

I think that browser is 13 but I was not really expecting that from browser. I thought bowser was going to be like 9 or 10 . I can’t believe that Mario is 26 years old. Luigi is not is definitely not order than Mario. Luigi has to be like 20 years old. Peach I think is 16 years old. Donkey Kong is confused to understand donkey Kong age and i think that donkey Kong is 24 years old. I think that Wario is like 21 years old. Yoshi is not that much of a important character in the Mario franchise but I think Yoshi is like 19 years old. Rosalina I think is like in her twenty’s but she not that important in the Mario franchise and the last is kamek is 17.
