good evening Dr. God must lengthen your biological age 1000 more times. i am an addiction to your beautiful speech and extraordinary intelligence and phenomenal memory. very proud of you and jealous also Dr. my ch. age is 66.3 yrs. what is my bio age? thanking and thinking of you Dr. here one true incident happened in late 1990s. a staff nurse in a hospital submitted a leave letter to the MS and at tge end, instead of writing thanking you she had really written as thinking you. the MS who was very clever and used to read letter by letter found out thr mistake and called the nurse to make a note of it and advised that she should of think of MS but concentrate on her duties and ridiculed her. this cannot be forgotten in my life.

The rate at which cells in the human body change varies by cell type, with some cells renewing every few days, while others last for years: Skin cells: Replaced every two to three weeks Red blood cells: Last about four months White blood cells: Can last from a few days to a little over a week Fat cells: Replace at a rate of 8±6% per year Heart muscle cells: Replace at a slow rate, estimated to be between 0.5% and 30% per year Bones: Regenerate about every 10 years Stomach cells: Renew as fast as every two days

Blunder! While it's true that your cells regenerate on average every 7-10 years,2 there's a lot of variation. Your skin cells, for example, are replaced every few weeks. In fact, you lose close to 500 million skin cells every day. Cells in your skeletal muscles, on the other hand, take as long as 15 years to regenerate

@@rockykanpurThe same fire that can burn and destroy also has the power to illuminate and remove darkness. In the same way, an argument or idea can be used to incite conflict or to foster peace-it all depends on the person wielding it and the guidance they’ve received. Just like fire needs careful handling, powerful ideas require wisdom and understanding from those who teach them. It’s all about the intent and perspective with which we approach knowledge and communication. When used responsibly, it can enlighten; if misused, it can harm. My humble suggestion to you is seek the right teacher and not be pleased with yourself thought arguments.
