To answer your question, this concert was in August 2022, so she was 14 at the time, and of course, she looks so much younger than that because of the delayed growth caused by her gastroparesis, and in all the videos with Andre that you've seen, which started to emerge from mid 2023 onwards, she's wearing 5" heels, and it does look like she's also at last had a growth spurt that has helped her catch up a bit, she's still tiny, but not as noticeable as it was back then. You're absolutely right, her technique is stunning, and the way she does things like the high notes, and sustains them is stunning, but the reality is that she has worked very hard, and spent time with good vocal coaches to make sure that she can deliver any genre, and use the voice she has to best effect, and there's no doubt about her ability to do exactly that. Emma is such a big talent. For sure, I'm glad she has this big opportunity, but I'm looking forward to the end of her world tour with Andre Rieu. After that i hope she will find the time to sing and publish more songs.❤
