The cost to built thousands of small treatment systems underneath the city isn't feasible. And the place that is needed to built such structires underneath the grownd isn't even available in most cities.

@@sahilhussain9 it's very obvious he is Indian, but Indian accent makes Indians speak English very funny, since I'm not Indian the way he speaks doesn't sound as if he is faking, Indians just have a very different accent and when they speak English is as if they are speaking Indian. I think maybe you just don't like the man or you are looking for attention.
