Amazing collection of sps coral! I also enjoyed seeing those tangs. A good coral tank needs fish! I just discovered your podcasts a few days ago, and I’ve become obsessed! I listen to an episode every day, and it’s great to relax to plus I learn more stuff about the hobby daily! Thanks for all the hours of content on this channel and your podcast. Keep up the good work 👍

What a nice tour Remy, didn’t realize how big the farm was! I thought it was going to be like a few extra tanks compared to the one in the store front. Crazy seeing all those pieces growing on the vertical racks haha

3:09 From what I know, corals aren't exported from Japan. True Japanese Acans (Micromussa), being more closely related to amakusensis, would have much smaller polyps. These look like the ones coming in from Malaysia; I suspect these "Asian Acans" are M. multipunctata based on their coloration, but I would have to see them closed up or look at their skeletons to tell.

What par range is TSA giving montis and acros?
@nicholask9791Ай бұрын
It's an awesome farm. Biggest concerns I have with TSA is that they support and sponsor people who are harming the hobby, like Paul Cuffaro, he has no clue what he's doing to the detriment of the animals.... but TSA supports him.
@Vulcan_GamingАй бұрын
Ay Paul has no clue what he’s doing and just spends way too much money overstocking aquariums.
@jorgedominguez8840Ай бұрын
Very true, dudes like that have no idea on how to take care of the animals and have never done research on anything.

Beautiful place, good coral, very expensive
@ReefBuildersVideoАй бұрын
It's not all expensive. They have plenty of affordable corals. At least you know the frag you purchase wasn't on an airplane 24 hours before it came to you. They do such a good job of aquaculturing! Thank you for watching! ~Remy
@andrewlindell8626Ай бұрын
@ReefBuildersVideo true but their frags sell well above what I've seen from lfs and basement vendors. Hell I just sold a bunch torches for $50 a head. Same ones are TSA are like $300. So yes very expensive. They sell little acro frags for 1k plus. Go to Indonesia where it came from... Same thing is $20

I bet its by selling a lot of coral. Thats my guess going into the video.

So that was a big part of it. But they also love what they do, and do it well 😎
