Is there anyone else who comes back and watches these old episodes or is it just me?

I’ve found some dead corals on a beach in Indonesia, going back to Sweden, what happens if they notice it in my checked in luggage?

Is he working on a project for making the bacteria adapt to higher temperatures?
@hydrospacellc65284 күн бұрын
Hi, no, that wouldn't be necessary, as most of these bacteria already grow well at around 30C (warmer than the typical reef or reef aquarium). In fact, there are studies indicating that Rhodovolum in particular tends to increase in relative abundance within coral-associated microbial communities during periods of heat stress (and, interestingly, may play a role in inhibiting vibriosis under such conditions).

Peace of mind is an important component of this hobby. So, while I have no real rational reason to doubt that it will support the massive weight of that tank when filled, I distrust it because it _looks_ flimsy.

He started talking about how the Indo reef Peramiters Nitrates and Phosphate was closer to aquarium numbers. What numbers did he find?
@Jommybutler12346 күн бұрын
It is an interesting subject. The owner of Tropic Marin- Lou Ekus has indicated that the commonly accepted numbers are not from the areas of the ocean actually containing most of the corals in the hobby.

Is this Ivan? Yeah, specifically, it was three sites around Moorea (during rainy season, which probably matters). Reach out to us via email or phone and I'd be happy to discuss all that data with you, including ICP test results.

The price of this Hobby is Crazy. This Red Sea is a $11,000. Once you aquascape it you are easily over $14k, before a fish hits the water. You could buy a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage for that same price
