I think this channel is amazing, I'm learning Romanian on duolingo and this video helped me piece the language and words together. I really hope you do more videos like this, where you speqk about topics in Romanian and put the English subs to help. (I've tried to listen and watch Romanian videos but there's no subtitles to help.)

Foarte util și interesant! De asemenea, limba română are câteva cuvinte de origine arabă, adesea confundate cu cele turcești. Voiam doar să menționez, fiind egiptean și având araba ca limbă maternă, acest aspect.

Mulțumesc foarte mult și sunt complet de acord! Le-am precizat că turce fiindcă noi cu imperiul otoman am avut contact. Poate poți menționa unele care provin din arabă?

@@TheRomanianAcademy ibric= ibric Portocala = portocal Algebră= aljabr Orez= orz Habar = Khabar când spunem habar n-am Ibric, chibrit. Și așa mai departe, sunt multe pe care le am cunoscut din prima clipa când am început să învăț limbă română. Având în vedere că limba turcă are mii de cuvinte de origine arabă și au scris și cu litere arăbește. Dar Mostafa Ataturc a zis că e interzis scrisul cu litere arăbește și a încercat să-și șteargă cuvintele arăbește din limbă turcă. Este o poveste lungă
