How Pallas's cat Zelenogorsk spends winter days

Zelenogorsk the Pallas's cat (manul) has so many important things to do.
One of these things is a daily patrol of his territory. He should carefully check, inspect and sniff everything, and then climb to his personal watch-tower-tree to observe surroundings, and try to spot a keeper carrying a meal. So... being a manul is a tiring job!

@@ciplenok_broiler нет. В дикой природе сейчас звери плохо выживают, - бесконечно уменьшается ареал обитания, выбивают браконьеры, ухудшаются условия жизни зверей... Так что спасение, это заповедники, зоопарки типа Тайгана... Об этом ещё не вставал говорить и очень много делал Д. Даррел, изумительный человек, зверолов, писатель, создатель собственного зоопарка, общественный деятель по созданию заповедников, школ обучения и много чего ещё. Был в Московском зоопарке уже в преклонном возрасте.

Haha, it started do like this quite often recently. Not sure why… maybe he is trying to get rid of the snow on his paws or maybe to increase the blood flow (this technique is used by mountaineers to warm hands and feet).
